Many times we have potential penalty shouts, and many times the commentators say "Well, we have seen them given !"

To who? I am really interested here because its a reoccurring phrase these days, as shown tonight on MOTD. We have seen them given but how many supporters are sat there thinking "not for us they bloody haven't !"

So come on, get voting. Where have we seen them given?
