I think they interpreted I was looking to discuss a topic using the poll as a tool.

Yep, but which one. That is only known by me, and I can assure you that I wasn't attacking you. Only the first answer is a direct answer to you with no tone, just my interpretation of why it wasn't moved.

The second line is a defence of the mods. Sometimes they take decissions I don't like (Lando) but it's unfair to call them biased and they've been called biased Judge mate (not by you I think).
