I voted for him because, although he has the attitude of an @ss, and the diving skills to match, Man Utd, who have other quality players, are not up to much without him in the side. Ronaldo on form, without any diving or cheating of any kind, as much as I hate to admit it (and I really do) is a joy to watch because he has height, pace and ability. If he signed for us instead of united we would notice this more.
Thats out of them two. If it was a discussion between the best player in the world at current then that would have to be Gerrard. All opposing supporters talk about his "dive" against atletico but every one of them would love to have Gerrard in the team as he really is world class. He does the back tracking as well as any defensive midfielder and the driving forward, creating chances and scoring crucial goals as Ronaldo does.
