:censored: poor for the last 3 seasons or so , but i remember his first season i think it was for spurs where he got regular footie , he played quite well . Started off at leeds where he got some great cameo apperances as well . Based on current form no , we'd just be paying for pace nothing more .

Absolutely no development in the past couple of seasons. Started to believe his own hype and thought he’d made it and now he spends most time concentrating his time in London nightclubs.

I think that he's a wonderful talent, but I dislike him as a person.  Personally I'd rather see us go for Walcott instead.

Voted yes as we need an out and out RW. Kuyt does a decent job but not a RM. I'd like Pennant but seems that's been Poo Poo'd

Not consistent enough, doesn't score enough and doesn't put in enough assists for my liking. Kuyt is good in terms of work, but could do with more crossing practice. He will chip in with goals so you know what you get from him. I did a comparison a while back (last season?) involving Bentley, Pennant, Lennon and someone else. I think two, almost certain it was Pennant and Lennon, were well behind the other two statistically in terms of goals and assists. A number of players are well known Premiership players, but often flatter to deceive.

Give me Joe Cole any day of the week, not that the blues would sell him to us
