I have to agree, we will be lucky to make the top ten at this rate. I always say that it is not so bad if we lose after playing well, but a lot of the time today we did'nt have a clue.

6TH IS NOW LOOKING A REAL POSSIBILITY A REALLY LACKLUSTRE DISPLAY AND IMO RAFA HAS TO DROP EITHER ALONSO WHO IS A SHADOW OF HIMSELF OR MOMO AND STICK GERRARD BACK IN THE MIDDLE BUT IS PENNANT PLAYIN WELL ENOUGH TO WARRANT A STARTING PLACE? MAYBE GARCIA CAN PLAY THERE BUT 1 THINGS FOR SURE WE NEED OUR SO CALLED WORLD CLASS PLAYERS TO START PERFORMING WEEK IN WEEK OUT, :angry:

Alot of negative thoughts on here after a disgraceful defeat. Personally I am confident we will avoid relegation and with a good run may even get a UEFA cup spot.

i know you are joking saint but i also know people will be on here soon saying 'ok, but all of our away games have been difficult games, none have been easy, we can still do it, we looked great, we were the better team blah blah blah'

Not today mate, I think that was a reality check for a lot of people today. I am more angry than disappointed now.

We were by far the lesser team today and have been in many games this season. I went to the Botlon away game and thought that was bad, but it looked even worse today.

Our away form is awful, we will seriously do well to finish in Uefa Cup placings at this rate. Really can't believe how bad we were today and Rafa looked pretty bad in his interview after the game. It was almost Houllier like in terms of excuses and was he actually watching the same game as the rest of us!

I didn't even bother with the second half after scholes was given the freedom of the six yard box. Anything above sixth is looking like an over achievement at the moment for us. The major problem for me is a total lack of effort from some of our 'world class' players. Alonso's passing is well off the boil, carra and sami's positioning is strating to become questionable and Reina just doesn't inspire confidence. The real hammer blow though has got to be the lack of form from stevie g, With him off the boil we are all but fooked.
I am at a loss for words as to how a team that was close to hunting down cheat$ki last season can't even hunt down an away goal this season let alone an away win. Maybe rafa needs to tell them all that they are playing for their futures at Liverpool Football Club from now til the end of the season 'cos at the moment there aren't many in the team deserving of the red shirt.

i wouldn't go that far girl... as rubbish as we are playing we will still make the top 4...
