Agree

They need a big personality, they have had them I hear you say, oh

They need to calm down accept where they are get a good decent manager and a realistic timetable.

I despair with some of our fans having a go at Rafa, as if we will stroll the league, its not as if theres any other decent teams, but the Geordies are totally bonkers.

Although only a recent appointment at Charlton, I actually feel that Les Reed could be next. Granted it would be quite unprecedented, if the manner of Dowie's departure is anything to go by, then the Charlton board might be inclined to panic and commit themselves to a similar knee jerk reaction should their team still be bottom of the table in the new year.

So Alan Pardew's bitten the dust, 4-0 at The Reebok was thye straw that broke the camel's back really, his players have let him down this season though, there's one or two at Upton Park living on last years performances......
Anyhoo........ Who's next for the chop???

Moris.

If Sh*tski exit the Champions' League, he'll be out quicker than a dildo at an Anne Summers party.

I have to agree Lando. In fact i reckon Moreen is setting himself up to be fired, mentioning he is willing to leave, Svehcenko droppable while ballack isn't.

He is laying the foundations for his exit, IMO. I think it will be a shame if he goes, he is the only one capable of destroying that formidable team.

Nah - Fat Frank could eat their side for breakfast.

Apparantly he goes training like this:

Les Reed seems to be inept! He's slagged off Stevie G showing what he knows about footballers, then after his side get dumped out of the Carling, he stays behind at the ground 'till midnight and then has to be smuggled out via the disabled entrance to escape the wrath of the Addicks fans!!!
bet his chairman feels a right tool for letting Dowie go, did he really think Reed would do any better with the same bunch?

Is that the sack bus I see pulling up at The Valley?
