Without a shadow of a doubt it has to be Roeder the man takes tactical incompetence to new levels

Charlton part company with Dowie
Charlton Athletic have parted company with manager Iain Dowie following their poor start to the season.
The former Crystal Palace chief leaves the Premiership's basement club despite having only joined them in the summer as Alan Curbishley's successor.
Dowie oversaw just 15 games at the helm but having garnered just two league victories he has paid the price, despite the fact he has guided The Addicks to the Carling Cup quarter final.
Charlton have confirmed that they will issue a full statement on Tuesday morning.
More to follow...

RUSHIE#9 wrote:I firmly believe that Dowie is gonna get the chop sooner rather than later. Charlton have lost 5 out of 6 games I think and on the whole they look very poor at times and I think a couple more defeats may get the charlton board thinking about getting a new man in before they start to get isolated in a relegation battle.
prophetic words Rushie m8.(im not acknowledging Manhattens entry-due to not being able to make a blind bit of sense from his sig) so there.
Roeder next....

Pearce - His problem is that most of his players don't have nearly the same amount of enthusiasm for the game that he showed as a player and now standing on a touchline. Rather than a sole manager, he'd be best in partnership with another manager with tactical strategic know-how.
Pardew - A decent manager, but there's more going on at West Ham than just player quality. There's disruption behind the scenes. He should move on because there's no reason why he should go down with a sinking ship since he never caused the sinking anyway.
Wenger - LOL. Will be Arsenal manager until he dies or retires. I greatly admire his approach to football. He revolutionised Arsenal single-handedly. Throws a tantrum now and then, but he's still the manager I admire most in the Premiership.
Warnock - Needs to move onto bigger things. His attitude though annoying is infectious and I like him. But he's gone as far as he can with Sheffield United.
Southgate - Too inexperienced. He's at a club with no fan enthusiasm and a team of journeymen. Needs to work in partnership with a more experienced manager. He still has the "McClaren" mindset. He should go to the continent for more experience.
Boothroyd - Another manager who is talented but can't do anything more with Watford.
Jewell - Great potential. Has achieved great things with Wigan. He'll move onto bigger and better things eventually. Needs continental experience too.
Hughes - Another excellent manager. Can only improve. With a more ambitious club, he might excel.
Dowie - Far too ugly. Best as a Championship manager (the league, not the video game).
Jol - Good manager. Done a great job restoring some of Spurs pride.
