John Barnes although I hope Stevie will have surpassed him by the time he retires.

I cant remember Kenny properly. I just remember Molby was a beautiful passer of the ball.

From the players in my time, has to be Robbie Fowler, a real peoples champion. :bowdown

Tommy Smith . As I was reminded by some tv commentary the other day , "Tommy Smith wasn't born , he was quarried" :D

Top defender ,no tricks or fancy bits . Hard as nails , even Carragher would think twice about tackling him . Was made up (for him especially) when he scored in our first European Cup final .

I love watching the clips on you tube we are currently at player 28 Ray Kennedy cant believe 27 players to go and weve had Ray Kennedy.  Liverpools history has an amazing amount of great players.

kenny will win and deservedly.

Stevie G deserves to be there but look at the likes of McDermott, Whelan, Barnes, R Kennedy, Molby. Could go on and on, all great players.

An embarresment of riches

Has to be Rushie for me, absolute legend. I also credit him with teaching Robbie a lot when he first came through, without Rush, would we have had the same Fowler?

I believe Stevie will prove to be the best LFC player ever in the future, but on current achievements I'd put him 3rd behind Rush & Dalglish.
