i was gutted but England aren't Liverpool, and just dont feel as passionately about England i had one eye on Spain cos of L/pool connections, but its ok to cry we all have red hearts:(

Yep It's alright. It just shows you care and are passionate. The England players themselves cried. Especially on pens it's hard to take.
Even people cry when good things happen, many cried when we won in Istanbul.

I wouldnt know,its been so long since N.Ireland qualified I forget what its like.
And if we did qualify, wed still be celebrating that when we got knocked out probably

I don't know Mikz, between the mighty Lawrie and fortress Windsor you never know what might happen

Yes. But I think it depends on two things: 1) What stage you knocked out in, 2) How you get knocked out.
If you get knocked out at the group stage because you we're sh!te then no it isn't ok to cry - you should be ashamed. If on the other hand you get to a quarter-final for example and get knocked out via penelties, getting shafted in the process by some cheating diving C U Next Tuesday then yes
