Cisse will go, Nando will be a bit on the old side (what a difference a year makes) and I have a sneaky suspicion we will be getting someone really good.

i have really liked the look of some of things cisse has done, and i think he needs to be given another chance, he hasn't played that much football since he broke his leg (well not consistanly) anyway. I would like to see up front on his own.
Really though i recon we need a new played, and not from the spanish or italian leagues, they are too soft.

If we do get a new striker ( I think we'll have to wait until January) it will be someone very young and not neccessarily established.  I think Rafa will continue with Nando, Cisse and Crouch with Fowler getting a new contract.  Right wing and left back will be Rafa's real priorities for the close season with Aurelio as 1st choice for LB if the deal can be closed.  If the much rumoured investment happens then Aguero might tempt Rafa as he has the skill and attitude we need plus has a long term future ahead of him.  Any deals will have to be done before the world cup as prices will skyrocket afterwards for anyone who plays well.  The positive side to this is that January could see some bargain prices for those strikers usurped by post world cup signings as managers seek to recover some of the outlay incurred.
