In order of priority:

Premiership - Quiet disappointed, even with the injuries, I would have expected us to be better than the 'rest' by at least a few points. We really needed to achieve that Champions League spot.

Champions League - Excellent, surpassed all expectations and still in it.

FA Cup - Put out a c.r.a.p team, and got a c.r.a.p result, not really disappointed.

Worthington Cup - Despite losing in the final it was a success. We gave the youngsters and fringe players a chance and they did well against Premiership opposition, exciting final.

It’s hard to say we failed, but does the Champions League success really negate the poor league performance?

Keep dreaming about the Champions League, I'd be very suprised if you make it past the qualifying rounds and even if you do you won't last very long with the "hoof the ball to the thug" tactics. In the Champions League clubs play a thing called "football" but you wouldn't know anything about that.

When I say "you" I mean Everton, it's players, it's manager.

It's been disapoointing in terms of the injuries but no way has it bene a disappointing season. Against ALL the odds we have excelled in Europe, came within a  whisker of winning the Carling Cup and  Rafa has settled well in his first season and looks about the best signing LFC have made for years.

Yes we may well be 30+ pts behind Chelsea but United are 16 behind them and Arsenal 14 ???

The only disappointment for me was the approcach Benitez took to the FA CUP at Burnley ???

Anyway come the 25th of May and if we are watching as Stevie G holds the CL trophy aloft I think the word "disappoining" won't be a word that springs to mind :D

I was really disappointed with that result, especially after our applaing exit to Pompey last season.

In hindsight it has probly been a good thing, as we haven't had to focus on another competiton with a theadbare squad. However in saying I was gutted after the Burnley result, one of the low points of the season for me.
