We all know he is staying, but did he go beyond the point of no return.Obviously not in Rick Parrys eyes, but what about you.

Im glad he's staying and I wont appoligise for calling him all the c*nts going, cause he hurt us bad, but Ill forgive him (AGAIN :glare: ) He better give us the best season of his life, next season it sounds a bit stupid but Liverpool need Steven Gerrard at this moment in time more than he needs us, I say this because rafa's only been here one season and for no other reason, he would look real bad if we started to plumit in the prem and get knocked out of europe early.
So yer I am happy in a sort of love hate relationship.
But he wont do this in a hurry again.

Nothing he does will surprise me again.  He's got to win my affection back.

I'll gauge how I feel when I see him play.  Until then I'm in two minds to be honest.  I think his head needs screwing on pretty damn tight.  Needs to take a long hard look at himself and realise he's not bigger than the club.

If he helps win us the League, I'll forgive him.

I am confident he realises how stupid he has been ,and how much he hurt us.

I reckon we are going to see Stevie G reproduce his form of the 2003-2004 this season. We need him, cos on his day their is no one better than Stevie.

Both, mixed emotions.

First sadness and angrienes when i heard he's leaving.
Emotion cooled of, I accepted the fact, and started to picture L'pool without Stevie.
Today was just a pure rollercoaster for me.
He lost much in my eyes, and he has to do a lot better this season than the last one to regain my respect for him.

Hes dropped so much in my estimation....

Is he a fitting captain?
Does he still dream of lifting the cup with chelski ?
Will he pull a stunt like this again ?
How have some of squad taken to this - if it pisses us off, well......

Just too many doubts hanging over his head. Hope he proves us all wrong tho - we still love him really...

jonnymac's hit the nail on the head - all respect has gone until he regains it ON THE PITCH

I for one don't want to hear a word out of him all next season (apart from an apology to the fans) - I want him to produce his best football and keep his fat gob well and truly shut

THEN i will respect him again
