I think baros is great. Sure he's blown chances this season but luckily they haven't proved crucial. He always gives 100% and he's worthy of the place in the team he has got.

he's blown loads of chances, but he still is quite good, and can get much better. lol-the 2-0 Monaco match should have been won like 5-1, but between Cisse and Garcia we must have had 10 completely screwed up good chances. but we'll see how Cisse does when he returns

hi all its the 1st time ive put a message in here...but after seeing some of the reports about baros i had to say something...when baros gets the ball wot does he do...head down and run he wastes far to many chances although i like the guy i c him as a liability & i think we wont see too much of him next season.once cisse is fit i think cisse n morrientes will be good together.... i know some people will disagree but thats how i feel at the minute...................l.f.c forever

A typical GH signing is Baros. In a class of his own one game and nowhere the next. Cant make my mind up on him.

I think Milan will be sold this summer provided we can get a decent price. He's just not finishing enough of the chances he gets and does not possess the awareness to create chances on a regular basis

I've heard lots of good things about Baros but never seen them. He needs to practice how to control the ball and how not to be offside a bit more. Worldclass!? I don't think so... When he finally gets his first touch right (rarely) and remembers to take the ball with him past the defender he usually gets a rush of blood to the head and gives away a throw in. No offence but I'd pay Valencia to have him.

A bit too harsh in saying that you'll pay Valencia to have him. He was the highest scorer at Euro 2004 and should command a respectable transfer fee. Perhaps he would thrive in Spain where the defenders are not as physical or rough as the EPL, unless you factor that Spanish nasty defender called Javi Navarro who gives a new definition to professional football dirty play.

I agree that Baros is far from world class but perhaps he can improve and if we receive a handsome fee, we should sell him and strengthen other areas.

I think baross has to training of one-on-one to beat goalkeeper.. currently his ball control is world class but he's just not finishing enough of evey chances he get..he never try to shoot except he beat the goalkeeper...try to shoot when you get a chance..sometimes i want to see his difference skill one-on-one to beat goalkeeper(baross always try to dribbling the goalkeeper but he's always failed except some goalkeeper like west brom's goalkeeper..)and also baross has to improve his shooting accuracy..

In My opinion Baros needs a B*llocking a good kick up the ****** and some shooting practice.

He seems to do all the hard work running off the ball, getting in space, running at defenders but then he just seems to balls it up..

It seems to me that he's concentrating so much on travelling at pace with the ball that he doesnt leave himself enough time to look up, watch any quality player they always seem to have ages to have a good look around even though its actually just a split second..

Milan has all the tools and if he learns to look up more and use the ball better he could be lethal.

BUT.....We are moving forward now as a team fast than I thought we would, introducing more and more quality do we really have time to reshape baros' game or do we cash in and buy proven quality?

I guess it remains to be seen!

PS.What do you think of my first crack at a Sig?
