I've seen every team and player since 1958.
And a few more when I was very young even before that.
Naturally I have been lucky to see many individual players who all had their own personal skills in various positions.
But the one who stands out with his overall brilliance and input to the team is Kenny Dalglish....incredible player.

John Barnes was fantastic to watch at his best though.

I have to go for gerrard based on this seasons performances. by far our most consistent player. only one that seemed to want to play for liverpool. for our 53 points so far i'd say we have him to thank for 50(cos he was injured for a week or two)

I think that the election is difficult. I have tried to vote not thinking about the present, but doing a balance of all his soccer career. A player, for very good that is, is not anybody, but it possesses a good team and a good trainer.

by a country mile its King Kenny. Won it all. Fantastic player, but more than anything he was a team player, he wanted the team to win, not an egotistical sod like a lot of players, But to be honest we've not had many of them. :lookaround

i did, i didn't read the question properly. i assumed it said "favourite player". oops! :blush:

hmm, considering i didn't really see King Kenny play week in week out, i'd have to say Gerrard....

baffled that Fowler's not on there.
