I could name 6 teams in the Premiership who have stronger squads than Liverpool, so it wouldn't surprise me if we finish 7th in the league this season. That's all down to Benitez. It's hard not to have a go at Benitez when it's in the Voronin thread.
I couldn't care if anyone disagrees with my opinion. It's MY opinion, and I have a right to air it. That's what the forum is for, and if you can't see that, don't come here.

Calum if you're going to participate in a forum do it in a constructive way. If you want to sack Rafa go in the Rafa thread, its simple really.

Six teams? Name them. And name the squads as well while you're at it. If you're going to preach such bollox, at least try and back it up.

Don't waste your time Emerald I think we are starting to become outnumbered by the rafa hater brigade. There is not one thread in here that at some point doesn't degenerate into a pop at Rafa.

i missed the game last night but i just watched 10 minutes of highlights. now obviously they haven't put in any of the rubbish things he did, but if they were our best moments then voronin seemed to be involved in the majority of them. he seemed busy enough, played a few good passes, spent a bit of time in their box, was fluid in his movement and so on.
his bad moments must have been especially diabolical if he really deserves the flak he's getting on here today.

anyway, Voronin. Hmmm, not really liking his lack of football ability. it be kinda important if your gonna play football in a football team that you make sure you can actually kick a ball.

Interesting point, not necessarily just to get Voronin off the pitch, but also in terms of the bench
bench vs Fulham : Gulacsi, Ayala, Spearing, Dossena, Plessis, Eccleston, Babel
Doesn't that look rather overly defensive in make-up? Have we zero players in the reserves or youth team that wouldn't make it look more attacking? It's not the first time I've looked at the bench and thought it looked devoid of attacking options, too many defenders and it's no wonder it looks poor compared to our opponents
bench vs Lyon : Cavalieri, Skrtel, Spearing, Aurelio, Plessis, Voronin, Babel
Babel never even made it off the bench, Voronin on for Benayoun and Skrtel on for Kelly after the early enforced substitution of Aurelio on for Gerrard. I am left puzzled as to how Rafa intends to change the game with some of his benches
