the first player to appear on posters on my bedroom walls as a nipper. my main memory of the times i was first beginning to get what football was about and getting bitten by the liverpool bug. a proper legend. his sister nerys used to make me laugh in the liver birds too.

he once took my mother in law out on a few dates when she was a young 'un - friggin ell i could've had crazyhorse as my father in law. absolute legend was emlyn hughes :bowdown
