With Boumsong when they were playing in Auxerre, thet were considered as the best couple of defenders in France.
I saw It was not easy for Boumsong in England but Mexes managed to reach the top level in Italia.
His qualities are : keeping the ball and bring it for attackers, very intelligent and physically on top.
For sure, he will take soon the place of Thuram
