sooo many good players to pick from.....i have supported and loved liverpool from the 80's and they had soo many sensational players, rush was just brilliant. Stevie g is one of my all time fav players. Craig Johnston would be another.

when i was ten ,i read a football magazine , there was a article on 3 young stars of  liverpool , they are robbie, macmanaman and collymore.  Robbie in that article impressed me a lot, as i know he scored 5 doals in his second match vs fulham
besides, he loks so lovely with a paste on nose...:;): :;):

really like those days when robbie, macka, redcknap, ,james and ince,

i promise one day i will jump to that grt port to make happyness...

Lionheart wrote:Simply for the fact that I played all my junior football with this guy (my claim to fame LOL)...I would have to say that it was a case of local lad comes good. I loved watching Craig Johnston...his celebrations were awesome. How high did the guy get when he scored in the F.A. Cup final against Everton (too many years ago now)

He was a Kop favourite too I believe.

:D

totally agree mate ! craig johnston was probablly the most under-raited players to wear the red shirt. his enthusiasm, commitment & desire to do his very best whenever he played will stay with me forever i was privallaged enough to see him play most weeks in the great days of the 80"s what a great time watching skippy it was! hense my avitar -craig johnston i salute you!! :bowdown
