Gotta be a massive full english breakfast with a pint of milk then gallons of tea. Don't forget a multivitamin tablet too. :cool:

Alka seltzer, few cans of coke and salt an vinegar crisp then back to bed for a few hours, get up have a lovely roast off me mum if its a sunday, get ready an go back out on the ale :cool:
