Hi All
I,'ve been away for a while as I had a relapse of my illness. But now I,am on the mend I have put weight back on after going from 14 stone to 8 stone and all the troubles associated with that. I am now back to 13 stone but the muscle wasteage is no laughing matter when you have to take a bottle top off with adjustable wrench. I am now going for short walks but it really knackered me out but it is progression 15 months after being in a coma I am finally making headway doctors didn't know which way it was going to go. It's amazing the Human body the way it can recover and adapt. It's great to be back. WE GO AGAIN
