Well, andy. Firstly I would like to say thank you for staying on topic
secondly what the judge said about prison is fair as it doesn't always rehabilitate even though IMO prison should be about punishment rather than rehabilitation.
To call a burglars act as courageous, is quite disturbing considering the position of the judge. Cultural Marxism theory applied here is that the perpetrator is almost lauded for his "courageous" and brave efforts in breaking in to someones house - the victim, in all of this (which the law is there to protect), gets to hear how courageous this asbo is, in breaking into his house. It's becoming a f.ucked up world. As SCS, and ydwywwedhweiuhqwuh both confirm, they're more prone to attack the paper relaying the news rather than the incident itself, perhaps they too find it courageous in breaking an entering, who knows.
