Mp3 editing software - Anyone know of a good/free program?

Want to edit some MP3s into ring tones...but don't have any progames to do it. Anyone know of a good and free one that's worth downloading??

Audition should do fine for whatever you want mate.

You still use the original software Cool Edit Pro? lol Such an ancient software, since bought outright by Adobe many years ago.

Adobe Audition 3, or Wavelab 7 is the best apps for ringtones and especially all other music formats.

yes and heres why, untill last weekend  Auditions would not run on my pc, i now have a new pc that will run it, my old sound card just would not work on it. lol

cooledit is very easy to use and for ring tones its done in just to clicks.
