Grats Kewell well done.
Most I've ever ran is a half marathon. Fooking killed me.. I ran the last mile or so 95% blind.. was just following the sound of footsteps ahead of me.

Haha. I'm a hard working guy when it comes to sport and I push myself way too hard. I just pushed way too hard and my hearing started going out, then I lost almost all of my sight.
When I was in grade school I would run 2 mile races with about 300 people, and out of the 3 I ran I got 3rd, 4th and 5th overall. I wasn't faster then the other guys I was just willing to kill myself to do better than them. They were all walking around after the race and I was the dude laying blacked out in the grass next to em
Been running a few miles a few times a night last couple weeks to help clear my head. Ran a bit more then 6 tonight at a slow pace, like 8:30, and I actually felt really good, which is a nice change.

Doing my first race in 3 weeks - going straight for a marathon. Agree with Parchpeas post above about the benefits of running!
