I'm going to start my running up again been doing it this year in fits and starts.

I've been doing 5 sit ups every morning,
it might not seem much but there's only so many times you can hit the snooze button.

Any of you guys cycle?

I've refurbished my 10 year old bike and put it back on teh road (new wheels/tyres, cassette and chain etc.. and stacks of oil). I only do it for fitness and fun, I don't race or anything but its a great way to keep your leg muscles in good condition.  I also swim so tomorrow I'm going to be adventurous and cycle to the beach, swim then cycle back.   '999..... err hello?'

i cycle to and from work, it's only about 5 miles ish so not to bad, i have just bought a new hybrid bike with road tires and everything on it that they could push me in to having, the thing is so light i can pick it up with me little finger, fast as hell almost sh*t me self on it the first time i went down a steep hill :D

i'm looking to get out on it a lot more now on an evening!! well that is the plan?
