I'm going to start my running up again been doing it this year in fits and starts.
I've been doing 5 sit ups every morning,
it might not seem much but there's only so many times you can hit the snooze button.

Any of you guys cycle?
I've refurbished my 10 year old bike and put it back on teh road (new wheels/tyres, cassette and chain etc.. and stacks of oil). I only do it for fitness and fun, I don't race or anything but its a great way to keep your leg muscles in good condition. I also swim so tomorrow I'm going to be adventurous and cycle to the beach, swim then cycle back. '999..... err hello?'
