I have been working away for a while for a c'ockhead!

Its now came the time when i have my own work and can sustain a good life with or without outer help!

My problem is that there is a fella that owes me £800-£900 for services done!

He seems to think that because i am owed money by him i will drive to Dublin in the morning(100miles)

In reality i really need the cash but my not often sold pride and inner ignorance says fuc.k off!

Should i drive or tell him to fuc.k off?

(I dont want to drive 100 miles and back!)

What would you do??

If i go to Dublin i will get my cash! If i stay here and fight for what im owed i get cash and respect!

If the fuc.ker does not pay he will get on the news for being dead!

If he pays me he will be happy for being alive!

Its a win win situation! :D

If you can sustain such a "good life" then let him keep the money he owes you and learn from your mistakes next time  :p

I'd go get the money, and take a couple of fingers from him as well. Fear and pain can be as good as respect sometimes. What you really have to ask yourself is whether or not respect from this person is worth the air it's uttered into. If not, i'd go, charge him for your petrol and if he says "no" to that, i'd move on to the finger routine. If you do want his respect, keep billing him, and if he doesn't pay, sue the fecker for failure to pay, emotional distress, restraint of trade, and a few other things.

Who's to say he has the money for you if you do drive there or that he'll even pay up?

I say call him up and tell him to send a cheque or wire it into an account or paypal or something. Never do a job on a promise of being paid. Cash in hand or it's a kicking. I've learned that lesson myself.

Tell him that he owes you, not the other way around, and for every day it takes him to get the money to you, the bill rises by £50.

He'll be round in no time at all.

cheque in post  to you is the best way , then, once banked it's trace able if he try's to pull a stunt
