just finished watching episode 9 of the first 'house' box set. i wasn't impressed at first but i'm getting into it now, even though the story line for each episode is pretty much the same. the weirdest thing is finding hugh laurie being good.

When Love Comes To Town - BBC1 6.15 earlier tonight.

I really like it. It's about 8 single Scottish lasses from Gairloch who can't find a man (as apparently there aren't many there).

And 8 single men from Devon who go on dates with them.

They've been in Gairloch (in the Scottish highlands) for a week... and in next weeks prog' they all go down to Devon.. :)

(Well I like it anyways)

Last night on channel 5 at 9.00pm....

Extraordinary People: The Twins Who Share A Body

They are dicephalus conjoined twins. Whch means they are two individual twins, but they share a body.

They were remarkable....happy... and popular with their college school mates.

One twin controlled the left side of the body and one the right.

To have been separated would've meant that one side of their body would've had to have been artificial.

They were glad they hadn't been separated and would certainly appear to be able to do more things together in the one body:

They played baseball successfully and had just taken their driving test and passed.

Good luck to them.

Golly...didn't realise this thread was getting on a bit...but it's still relevant :D

'Concert for Diana'...

been watching this....and although I'm not a royalist, I 'loved' her..

some good artists...

especially liked the ballet piece from Swan Lake that was performed on stage...
brilliant...not keen on ballet...but this was really good and Tschikovsky's music is excellent!

Also liked the way that the people who've met Diana were able to give their stories...
very moving.... :)

A bit flat on the front part, but anyhow, nice look.
