anyway, here's an interesting fact - Tardigrades are polyextremophiles and are able to survive in extreme environments that would kill almost any other animal. Some can survive temperatures close to absolute zero, temperatures as high as 151 °C (303 °F), 1,000 times more radiation than any other animal, nearly a decade without water, and even the vacuum of space.

it says they have a body with 4 segments (not including the head), so that would be 5 segments then

Alright, I'm calling time on this little experiment. The main reason to let it go as long as it did was to let certain people get some things off their chest. They now appear to have done that in spades so, rather than let things fester, I'm locking this now. Having had a chance to square up and dust off the usual insults, I hope that certain individuals can now go back to ignoring each other. In fact, I'll insist on it. I'll also insist that football threads be dominated by football chat. Flame wars, wind-up attempts and other instances of internet gangsterism will be dealt with swiftly and decisively because this is, after all, a football forum first and foremost. Most of us have more than enough sh!t to deal with in our real lives and could probably do without wading through tons of it on here simply to get to the few snippets of actual discussion this place offers up of late. Could we not all just take it upon ourselves to raise the tone of the discussion? I live in hope...
