Probably one of the reasons I don't visit this thread as much as I used to, the forums generation divide is at it's starkest in this thread

For me X-Fusion is about so much more than the sound. It's the beat, the feel, the mood. As for zero invention, well...can't agree with that. I think maybe you just don't understand it. That's cool.

And the generation gap? I was brought up on Paul Simon, Dylan, Donovan, John Denver, a whole host of "oldies". I don't consider 'em old personally. Good music is timeless.

Check some of the others I posted earlier maybe. Some nicer stuff there.

Love the sound of latin music. Always gets me shaking a boot or two. First heard these a few years back, but forgot about them until the other day, heard them on the radio.

Thanks for your opinion DD, I've heard more people say somewhat along those lines. Anyways I've just ordered the thing myself (yes, I still buy those shiny things called CDs

) and now look forward to forming my own opinion about it.

My dad and I share the same record collection too actually. I absorbed a lot of it. Some I simply can't get on board with though like Foster and Allen. Painful.
