Jonny is there anything you can do about the unbelieveable amount of sh!te being plastered on the forum.

Today i have read 3 threads in the Genreal Section which go something like this....
1)Alonso is going to Villa to fund the arrival of Crouch
2) Risse is not in the squad therefore hes leaving
and 3) whos the worst manager weve had now were champions of europe
and thats only 3 out of about 400 and i havent even included any of Gerrardisgod's threads!!!, i reckon if you start a sh!t thread then ye barred!!! In which case Jonny if you think this is boll0cks, then your free to ban me!!!

Maybe its just me cos im tired and hot and cant sleep and really its not that bad, but when people take something they have said out of one topic and postered it as its own individual thread, you know there taking the p!ss.

I hear what your saying lad and the bets way i can think of to combat it is not to post in threads that are in your opinion "spam". Hopefully they wil then drift into obscurity from where they came !

Also it's worth noting that it's the close season (TNS aside) and the absence of regualar prem games has caused this temporary drop in standards but I'm sure it wil pick up soon and we will be debating the real issues instead of speculating about players etc.....

There is no debate whatsoever, just people badmouthing each other, others saying 'good post' wiith a smily and THATS IT. The debates and discussions and arguments (this is ok when arguing a point, and not with one another) used to be really good, but people at the moment just say things and fail to back them up, often even when challenged....Its getting boring, ad as G-Mac said, i couldnt believe it when i saw that :censored:

Look its not often i start a post myself, as i feel it MUST be a worthy topic of conversation to do so, but others are just going over te top now.
I spend more time in Gen Chat now it seems, and i only found it a few weeks ago (by mistake!!)

Please Mods -Johnny, Super, StMick, and JBG, please try something...........................Maybe this is the time to really utilise the 'advanced debate' forum, as 'Kewell_7' did with a Liverpool - TNS thread, maybe that is the answer...Who knows??

but unfortunatley one mans spam is another mans caviar.

i do beleive that some of the people when they post are not deliberatly adding spam, some of them are posting because its a subject the want to raise and discuss.

i think the way the kid who asked about players cars was treated was really bad, it was like schoolground bullies. so who will decide what is spam and whats not. a lot of the posts i dont read because im not too interested in the subject matter but that doesnt make them spam.

my suggestion would just be to not read the posts you are not interested in. of course im annoyed by the ammount of d1ckheads (or percieved) but they have a right to be on here and hopefully they will soon learn the ropes and realise what people want to discuss.

Yea you are right though, i remember that thread and your 'analogy' is spot on here, because the guy was lambasted, but TBH I was quite interested to know, as i like cars and modifying myself.
So i guess i agree with you...to a point

aaaahhhhhh, well i didnt end up writing one line like i thought i would, so i STILL stand by wht i said in my post regarding that!!

It is serious. You've been littering football threads with rubbish since you joined. All I ever see from your posts are "co.ck", "balls" and "tads".

You are as much a symbol of what is wrong with this place as Gerrardisgod, 1234spam and all the other 14 year olds out there.

This is a Liverpool FC forum, not Judge's, Lee J's and Pablo Escobar's (and others) platform for making childish schoolboy jibes at each other.

I've had more than enough PMs with a sad old loser with a sordid past of harassment and sleaze on this forum, giving pathetic excuses for his inexcusable behaviour.

Go to some porno website and post your sleaze on that Judge. You rounded on Liverpoolanytime for his drugs comments, completely and utterly hyprocritical given that youngsters visit this forum and read your 50+ posts a day of sleaze.

We're on it Gary. We can't be on here all the time but I want to make this a better place. It pi$$es me off that there are actually a few people trying, who will post a decent response to a thread, spend a few minutes on it, NO TEXT SPEAK and laid out so it encourages some kind of response.

And then you get a fuc*ing answer like "I agree", or "Good post" or

Starting to pi$$ us off. We have to be impartial on here but I can tell you now, we are getting very pi$$ed off and right now on here I'm fed up with sorting the sh!t out because other people can't take responsibility for what they post. I have a fuc*ing job to do in real life as well, and I like to have a very active social life, but when I come on here lately, it's purely to sort sh!t out. Not to enjoy it.

Things have got to change.

sorry if some have been peeved off. i have to say much of the forum is great, and most of lot are a good sport. i wont take anything out of context anymore, unless its tasteful, as long as some others on here can keep their own council.

on a serious note..........can anyone give me some advice on how to curb a wayward daughter...she's 16 and think she knows how the world works??
