Posted: Tue Sep 14, 2004 4:56 pmI think you are right about Diouf and David James, they probably stopped reading about themselves as soon as they hit the 'heavy weather'. Although both are probably 'daft' enough to have believed in their own publicity when the going was good.
I wouldn't be surprised if some of the young, up and coming players had a look down the Web site discussion pages as most probably contributed as suuporters before they were taken into the Academy etc.
