Hey, I competed in a 3,000m open water swimming race yesterday off the beach, 10th out of 68 in my category and 50/270 overall. Life in the old dog yet yer barsted.

Cycling helped out I guess! Been playing football with a couple of 50 year old Geordies they just don't get tired

Cycling is good for the kick but otherwise its 80% upperbody strength.
