You do realise that it'll be 50C in summertime don't you, I don't fancy any northern hemisphere team's chances.

Stop being so bitter and accept the fact that they had a brilliant campaign. Don't you know for a fact that they studied how to deal with such temperatures, their stadiums will be state of the art and will have AC systems installed.

yes funnily enough I hate corruption, the UK deserved to win their bid they have a far better infrastructure than Russia.  As for Quatar that it just a complete joke, Saudi Arabia I could accept but some tin pot country whose only claim to fame is being on top of an oil well is outrageous.

You have no clue about Qatar or any of the other gulf countries. I suggest you go LIVE there and learn about gulf

Feck that, there's no beer.  :D

Anyway I'm not meaning to cause offense but it really is ridiculous, it would be the equivalent of Iceland hosting the World cup.

there is beer.. but you don't know because the media hides it.. I was there and had load of beers

England should blame their own media for failing the bid

the england bid was 2018, Russia beat us there..

Obviously there is corruption, the BBC found it, but shold have just shut up and we would have won it.

Its 110% truth that all delegates get a lot of money backhanded... but 2 new places got it, so it should be fun

Out of interest how much did our efforts cost us? And how much will the FA charge England fans to pay for it?

A victory for money and corruption - Russias was the worst bid of the 2018 bidders and Qatar dont have a thing in place to host the World Cup - but oil money has worked very well for them .
