World cup announcement
Posted: Sat Jun 26, 2010 1:15 pmEngland fans have been told by FIFA to arrive at the stadium at least 3 hours before kick off on sunday to get a seat. If they leave it any later, FIFA bear no responsibility if they all have towels on them.
