I watched a programme last week about past World Cups.Apparentley Cruyff had a little misdemeanor with a woman at the 74 world cup,and his wife litterally stopped him going to the 78 one.

Aaaah so he abused a woman from Argentina in 1974
and that's why he boycotted it in 1978.. scared of the family mmmm and he lost a stripe got demoted to Corporal...Posted: Wed Jun 28, 2006 2:03 pmThe programme also stated the stripe came off in the wash,.....got me thinking now was it a World Cup programme or an advert for Persil.
