I know.  He had a blinder.  That's when I first woke up to him and thought how good he'd be on our right midfield.

Unfortunately, the rest of Europe also thought this.

I watched that game in Malia on an 18-30's holiday.  Ahh, memories.........

That was a superb game last night. The serbian defense was very poor at times, but that was one of the best displays of flowing attacking football i've seen in ages.

Well done Argentina. :)

The scary thing is they still have Sergio Aguero to come in as well. Many say his more talented than Messi and Tevez. The coach didnt take such a talented youngter as they have so much strength in deep going forward.    Its frighting. Athletico should hang on to Torres and play him with Aguero.

In fact I feel quite privileged to have seen that display but I did get a sense that Serbia & Montenegro 'lay down' after the third goal.

It will be interesting to see how Argentina reacts when they are under the pump.

Should I be so brave as to predict a Argentina v Spain final (is that possible without consulting fixtures??).
