He should have just let play go on. Then it would only be 1 - 0 and he would still be on... and they would still have their full squad.

And of course then the refs must compensate. That kick was a red card, but 2 red cards are too much in 5 mins? Bad ref. Bad ref. He should have applied the advantage earlier, that advantage law is meant for that exactly.

Reminds me of the Garcia goal against Chelsea last year in the semis. It was a better game because the goal stood and no-one was sent off (though I wouldn't have minded Cech going).

There is still a game going on, though. Arsenal must seek the left flank, as Oleguer is not top class. I think they're doing that already.

Feel a bit sorry for Pires as well really. Biggest game of his club career ruined by a Referee and Lehmann. His last game too apparently. Bergkamp'll have trouble getting on now as well.

And David Pleat is one of the worst comentators in the world! Knows nothing about football, talks

Well, I don't know up there, but physios here use sport clothes, where as Doctors, suits.

I agree it's stupid it's just that a Doctor requires more studies than a physio, and I guess they want show their status.

With this Referee they'd be better off with a proctologist with a background in oral-hygene.
