Arsenal are playing some great stuff and are currently 2 nil up...I still think when they play like this they are the best footballing team about.

As much as i don't like Arsenal they were amazing tonight, completely destryoed juve. And for once today thier defence looked solid especially with Kolo Toure at the back

This is Arsenals best chance of making the semis especially with all the players Juve have out in the return leg.

Would'nt it be ironic, if they finished 5th, and win the CL.. guess who would miss out on CL qualification ... Tottenham :D

arsenal were different class tonight. fabregas is a phenomenal talent for an 18 year old. they'll get to the final this year and will hopefully play barca. that would be a joy to behold for the footballing purist.

It has so many similarities to our season last yr it's uncanny, assuming these things do occur.

- Beating Juve in the 1/4 final
- Finishing 5th
- The team who finishes 4th being their closest rivals.

Hmmmm , it hadn't escaped my notice either that the "rules" have been changed this season  ???

The other Sunday in the Prem Arsenal and primarily Fabregas and Henry taught LFC a footballing lesson and although it was disappointing to lose, it kind of encouraged me for next season when Hopefuly us and Arsenal can run Chelsea a lot closer than this season......

There is no doubt in my mind that Arsenal will come again in the Prem and I think thats good for football in England.

I wish them well in Europe mainly cos they play the beautiful game a lot better than most...........

I have mixed feelings

Part of me would like to see Arsenal win it purely for the co-incidence and way they play their football

However from Liverpool point of view , i just dont like seeing other English clubs winning our trophy :)

I don't want the b*stards to win it.

Wenger is a c*nt, and we'd never hear the end of it if they, a London-club, won the bleeding thing.

Come on AC/Barca/Juve, etc.

I guess another somewhat tenuous link is that we lost one of our big names in Owen before start of the campaign and Gunners lost Viera

Arsenal have a good shot at getting to the final now.  They did exactly what they needed to do against juve and now with villareal I think they might just squeak by.  The real interesting match is the ac barca match.  Whoever comes out of that should win.  I think a Barca Arsenal final with Barca winning would be good.  If they played free  flowing offensive football it would be an amazing game to watch.

I hope they get battered by Villareal.

Managed by a complete t*sspot, they're a team full of diving, cheating, whining ar*e-bandits.

F*cking wasters.
