I personally think Argentina,with my outside bets being portugal / Spain i really think its time for one of those latter two teams to finally step up.I know we beat Argentina in a friendly recently and a great friendly it was.Anyone who watched that game has to admit apart from dodgy defending from Argentina against our crosses and set plays, their midfield especially Requilme (sp) tore our world class midfield apart time and time again and Messi if i remember never played add a fit Crespo to the mix and presto.
I hate the Argies and Germans for footballing reasons against us as much as the next England fan,but from what i saw in that friendly you have to say biggest part of the time we were made to look very ordinary in areas we are suppose to be a world force.So Argentina for me  :veryangry not happy but damn realstic.

I'd agree with Phil, I think Argentina to win it with Spain/Czech/Holland as the dark horses :;):
