Stevie must really want the captaincy after the comments Carra has been making to the media.
I dont really care about England but if its what our skipper wants and he doesnt let it affect his responsibilities for LFC then it might make him move to another level again, and that can only be good for us.

stevie is much better than beckam or even terry, but l don't really care who the captain is as long england can win the next championships, but stevie is the best choice

Terry was always going to get it because he is cockney. There is no doubt gerrard is the better captain.
It's not a bad thing thought because often the press release stories and these can effect the players. We want him to concentrate 100% on LFC. I hope terry getting england captain contributes to chelsea's downfall.
