The day has dawned. Australia will play Uruguay today in the second leg of the World Cup qualifier in Sydney. Got up at 4.30am to be at the airport for our Virgin Blue flight from Hobart to Sydney.

Everyone's keen and pumped. Half of Tasmania's football population was booked on th same flight to Sydney (so we both opted to sit together!!!    :wwww )....

Seriously...our flight has been delayed by FIVE HOURS due to a cracked windscreen on the aircraft. Don't they know that Windscreens O'Brien can have it fixed in a jiffy??

Talk about an anticlimax. So here I am back home writting stupid forum topics....

HO HUM!!! (I hope this isn't indicative of the days proceedings!!)

Wednesday night (8pm - Australian Eastern Summer Time).

Our flight is only 1 - 1.5 hours, so we'll be there in plenty of time.

Neighbours?? They all die when when Osama Bin Laden is found to be hiding out in Ramsey Street which prompt a raid by US forces. The result is that everyone is gunned down in a hail of heavy calibre gun fire. The US writes the whole thing off as 'collateral damage' and acceptable losses. Australians agree

Neighbours is a show that we export to be watched by silly English people, it's not aired here in Australia. We have better taste than that. We prefer to watch shows like, The Bill, etc.

Red...if we win tonight and qualify for Germany. I WILL eat curry and chips...if I can find someone in Sydney that will actually serve curry & chips together!!!

Thanks for your positive sentiments. Greatly appreciated.  :)
