That's a fairly shocking example of media bias, particularly as it comes from a left-leaning publication. I guess it could be a mistake, but then you wouldn't expect that given the significance of the story. I wonder how far this kind of thing is reflected in other publications? If Terry is found guilty and handed the same punishment as Suarez, can we expect to see the mirror to brand him a racist using big, bold print, spread right across their back page?

I wont be holding my breath mate . It wouldn't surprise me if they had his face superimposed onto the Union Jack.

My new thought on how this will turn out.  Terry will get the 8 game suspension because the FA have already set the mark for it.  But the Media will blame it all on Suarez for something like "Suarez did it first, so the FA had to stick to it"

The next time a domestic pet gets killed by a predator in England, It'll be blamed on Suarez, (Look at dose teef marks, Must 'ave been Luis Suarez).

he's denying it and has requested a personal hearing and a date is yet to be set.

So, still nothing from the FA?

Picking the right time perhaps? When he is injured, perhaps? Give Chelsea time to settle in the champions league, give them the time to settle in the premiership after a few twists and turns, wait until his tired legs are in need of a rest, when he is can be given the right time to be rested for Chelsea and England matches, thats the right time to work on that biography he has been working on?

No, no, you take your time FA.

if he was foriegn he'd be facing public execution by now

I'm guessing they're waiting for a long injury lay off so he returns from injury rather than 'suspension'

Strange that Terry should get an injury that might keep him out of his handshake with Anton Ferdinand while his FA case is still pending.

From twitter on Soccernet:

VIDEO - Ancelotti: "As a personality, John Terry is one of the best players that I met. He's a really strong character"

Absoluately f**king sickening that this crusade to protect "the great white knight" Terry is allowed to go on.

I tell you, if Terry gets off scot free for being a racist pig the club should seriously forfeit the league.

Absoulately gob-smacked at the hysterical, bias, blatently racist behaviour shown by the FA. One of the most vile and corrupt administrations in world football, as seen recently with the 23 years in took to get an apology out of them.

The clown Terry should have been suspended for half a season minimum by now!
