Yes they did, I am involved in this now. My company Sime Darby Property with SP Setia won the joint bid.

you can tell its pure fantasy... that's torres celebrating a goal on the screen in the corner

Give them credit, they tried to manufacture some sort of history.

will they have to pay for  the leccy to power all those lights or is it thrown in for free?
