Neville is right though, he's not saying Liverpool won't ever win the title again or Leeds won't ever get back into the prem, He is saying the exact opposite, in other words 'you can never say never' in footy which going by that article is what Puslow was trying to say.

Yeah, I read it like that as well. Really flawed logic by Purslow there.
