See guys? It ain't all that bad. Arsenal drew, Chelsea drew and the c.unts had luck as always.

Anyway, that Irish kid, Long, looks like a nice player. Weren't we linked with him this summer?

who cares. it went in, that's all that matters

and Utd IS stronger this season. they have a very good bunch of kids. Cleverly especially impresses me, like for like replacement for Scholes. plus Welbeck is a great prospect for the future. the only downgrade is in the GK department otherwise they are naturally the faves to win the title again.

Yeah they look tough.  Their game mirrored ours, the difference was they got the goal when the game was in the balance.

exactly. they have what we don't - a killer instinct. i watched both their games against City and WBA with my Manc mate and they were very dangerous on the attack. plus Anderson has improved so much. i'm very surprised at the progress he has made.

yeah, he almost scored against West Brom, steal at 50 million

Gonna be a tight season this year, most interesting will be to see if Arsenal spend the Fabregas money on someone who can actually play now, or someone else who may or may not be awesome in 5 years

:D

My mate text me saying he looks quality again, I text back asking if he had scored...Still no reply  :D

As long as he doesn't score I'm happy but there were a few signs that he's willing to run at defenders again and find space, though admittedly his finishing was still off, kept losing the ball when he was about to shoot

He's no Luis, we all know that  :;):

EDIT - referring to the debate in the Torres thread, I don't think he should have got MOTM - he didn't score and that's his job, Begovic pulled off some great saves

So much for hoping it would take Aguero time to settle.

sooo....Aguero looks sh!te...

I feel sick, Nasri, Silva and Aguero is going to be mental. Only thing holding them back is Mancini's defensive ways.
