Took him a while but he got there in the end

My mate has 2 issues.  First is that they keep sacking managers and second is that instead of signing good, hungry younger players they just spunk all their money on high risk transfers like Torres/Shevcenko.

That said I don't think Acelotti wanted the job or wants the job.  Be honest, he came for the money.

I have my own w@nk :D

Read it on twitter, abrahomovic wants hiddink, but hiddink already stated that Turkey is his last job as a MANAGER, so Van Basten as coach and Hiddink as director of football

Its off its head after him winning the double in his first season.
Having said that he probably isnt too bothered, he will walk into another top job and got a massive payoff.

they have one helluva rebuilding do to not just on the management front but also on the team. if not this summer, surely the next.

Drogba, Ferreira, Anelka and Lampard are 32/33. Malouda, Cole, Terry and Benayoun are 30/31.

Roman will keep on buying new players and restrict the chances of their youth players such as McEachran who probably would eventually leave, unless they lack ambition. this is a perfect example of how money is not the cure to all problems simply because they don't know how to stop abusing it.

Well next season is the last of the "big money spending", as the new rule will come in for the 2012-13 season which means a club can not spend more than it earns (Uefa's financial fair-play rules [which require clubs to move towards breaking even by 2014) in a given season..or something to that effect.

So theyve got to get a solid foundation somehow, or else the Chelsea house of cards will surely fall down.

If Liverpool had been like Chelsea where they sack the manager after failing to win the PL despite winning the double the previous season, then all managers after KD ie Souness, Evans, Houllier, Rafa would all be sacked after their first season. Even KD would have been sacked after season 86/87 when we won nothing despite winning the double the previous year. This is madness from Chelsea.
