City should be at least 3-0 down.
They're as jammy as the Derby rivals, Man Utd.

This is hilarious, Man City getting demolished.

Joe Hart is the only reason they arent 3-0 down

Probably a good thing that we play them so early on in the season because City do not look settled yet, their passing was pretty awful and this was with 3 defensive mids.

Still a bunch of individuals, not a team.

The question "Will be beat Blackpool" now has to be taken far more seriously :;):

Spurs absolutely battered Man City in the first half, couldn't sustain it in the second, but even then still had the better chances. If City continue with the setup they used today I think they'll struggle to get in the top four. The core of the GK, the CBs and De Jong were on their mettle, but the rest left a lot to be desired. How Mancini ever expected a front three of Tevez, Silva and SWP to have any joy against a physical and very good Spurs defence is beyond me. It was a complete physical mismatch, and nobody was leading the line. If you go the route of having no recognised stiker, relying on clever passing and movement to create chances, then to be effective more than just three have to be in tune with that style of football (e.g. Arsenal, Barcelona); but in Barry, Toure, and De Jong they didn't have players who were ever going to go and join in higher up to any great effect, while the full backs - Richards especially - had too much trouble coping with Bale to be effective going forward. If they insist on having essentially three rigid CMs, then they must also have Adebayor up there, otherwise their five-foot-somethings will have nobody to work off of. Also, I would personally have Adam Johnson in there ahead of SWP.
