Ashley cole to real madrid

There are rumours in the papers today linking Real Madrid with a big-money move for Ashley Cole. All of these stories seem to come from a Spanish newspaper quoting an unnamed source from within the club. I would not be surprised if Cole wanted to leave England considering all the press intrusion into his private life.

£30m for Cashley, laughable IMHO. Some manc suggested Evra is twice the player and got slated, I'm not so sure he is that far off the mark.

Im not sure about his age but he's certainly one of the best leftbacks in the world... Defensively he's the best out there imo and in terms of going forward he contributes more than enough to aid the cause...
He's had his best season with Chelsea and they have no reason to let him go unless a silly offer comes through... 30mill or dont sell seems about right if he's 28 or so ...
