Urgent message - For all fans in the light of the draw

People,

In the light of our draw to play Juventus in the Quarter Finals in the Champions League:

I am sure you will be very aware that at this moment in time, lazy reporters will be trawling the message boards of all Liverpool FC related topics, looking for any message or line from LFC fans or otherwisethat they can twist and turn into some kind of story.

It's easy, and lazy, for a journalist to take as little as one or two comments off a message board that contains hundreds of thousands of other posts and twist them out of context into something they're not.

As such I would urge all members of this and any other forum  to think before posting, no matter how well intentioned, and for journalists reading the forum to do the same.

We have all some memory or recoloction of the tragic events almost twenty years ago, and many bridges have been built and tried to be built since then.

Lets not allow one lazy journo to undo any of that work, or endanger any of our great fans.

Think.

Man, when I see fonts that size I just scroll past them, which is a pity #cause I do enjoy the few posts you've made that I've been able to read.

Seriously ,Whether I agree or disagree ,I do enjoy Leons contribution to the forum, but this insistance on gigantic fonts is boring and frankly disrespectful to other members . It's almost like he's trying to shout everyone down .

C'mon Leon , no need for it mate.

Wether you think Leonmc0708 is outspoken or not, you can not disagree with his sentiments here. You should read what is written before plunging head first into a dispute with the guy.

He clearly is a red thru and thru, regardless of wether you agree with his approach.

I dont disagree with his support for the club and I did read it. I have no problem with what was written either, so what you on about?

It just didn't require size 36 text. It looks ******, especially in RED!!

Who da Fk asked you for you're opinion ?  (Leon mode)

Leon (luv him or hate him ) is a valued member of the the forum ,
He does however occaisonally make the mistake of thinking that he is the only Liverpool supporter in the forum (by his standards ) .

OMG! this was the mother of silly posts!

Do you think you are GOD or something mate??

whats this "people" business? as though you are addressing the nation!

If you urge all members to think before posting on this site, no matter how well intentioed, then you should have thought of it yourself before writing this tosh!

The only problem there will be with the Heysel disaster tragedy in the run up to the game(s), is people like you keep bringing it up!

I dont want to read about it constantly, in the run up to these matches and would rather think of it as water under the bridge. most juve's fans at the game will probably be a new genreation of supporters, the majority.

The newspapers will always write stories, regardless and already know all there is to know about it.

nugget.
