Why is the ticketline engaged? - Can't get thru to buy tickets!

Tried the info line and some jobsworth told me how popular LFC are. Nothing like stating the obvious. Born and bred in Liverpool - ma & pa made me move up to live in mackem land and just wanna go the match for my birthday...lfc v birmingham.
