I was thinkin this morning 'I wonder how Cara would have turned out if he's stayed as a central midfielder' as I was reading the other post on 'yard dog', don't get me wrong I don't think that Cara would be a world class player but I would have like to see how he would have turned out staying in midfield cos he did a mint job as captain for England U-21's

Jamie was orriginally a striker!! and top scorer for the salt box if memory serves me right in the BLNSJF leagues. I played against him once, he scored five !!

if we had 2 decent centre backs as well as carragher he culd do the job as the battler in midfield, but im made uo with him at centre half

Cara has got better and better over the last few years, at first he was sooo dodgy as a defender, he's improved so much since he came back from his broken leg :cool:

all the games i see him play in midfield i was not impressed Average at best was my opinion.As a centre half he is just awsome great to watch a good old fashioned defender he will use any part of his body to get the job done.Now if we could teach him the art of passing like Alonso and i think we will have the best centre half in the world
